Why motorcycles are better than girlfriends/wives

I came across this brilliant piece of writing in moto-magazine.com.Liked it very much so thought of sharing with you all. No offence meant to the fairer sex whatsoever but you know.. like they say "I dont hate women, I love motorcycles more" :P

* Motorcycles curves never sag.
* Motorcycles last longer.
* Motorcycles dont get pregnant.
* Motorcycles dont have disapproving parents whom u have to impress.
* Motorcycles dont whine unless something is really wrong.
* You can kick your Motorcycle to wake it up.
* You can share your Motorcycle with your friends.
* If your Motorcycle smokes a lot, you can do something about it.
* Motorcycles dont care about how many other Motorcycles you have.
* Motorcycles dont mind if you look at other Motorcycles, or if you buy motorcycle magazines.
* You can have a black Motorcycle and show it to your parents.
* If you say bad things to your Motorcycles, you dont have to apologize.
* Motorcycles dont insult you if you are a bad rider.
* Motorcycles dont care if you are late.
* If your Motorcycle doesnt look good, you can paint it or get better parts.

designs - of the two wheeled kind

I have always fantasized riding around in a motorcycle that I have designed. What is more cooler than flaunting your creativity and artistic skill on the road - everyday! I always try to see if I can make changes to the designs existing models or try to assimilate and incorporate the best and most aesthetically appealing design elements from various models to make the ultimate custom naked/sports-bike. I have sketched literally hundreds and hundreds of designs and concepts over the years (Done on anything and everything i can lay my hands on - ranging from the back of notebooks to post-it notes-Sometimes even using a marker to draw on top of the pics in the magazines :)) Here are some of the better designs of bikes done when in school/college( during my free time, or during one of those many long nights studying for exams or when I had nothings else to do and was plain bored.all right then, without much further ado..Here's the first one and my personal favorite(its the first design i did by the way):

The next one is loosely based on the Yamaha YZF R1

This green mean monster was done during one of the many boring class hours in college-Hence the poor paper quality and lack of details:

And so was this , inspired by the Kawasaki Z series.This time I did not have any colors so had to finis it with black/blue ink.

DASH-AVATHARAM

Yes, "dash"(or censored) is what my friend -we shall call him Zoon the Zeen, thinks this film is. He had scrapped me his review-Or should i say outburst in Orkut.I found it to be hillarious so thought I would share it..
Disclaimer/Statutory warning whatever: the views and opinions expressed here in no way reflect mine as I haven't seen the film yet.The review is not meant at offending anyone. Just Read it , enjoy it and forget it (after recommending this to your friends though :) )

"Dasavatharam one of the dumbest moives i've ever seen...So many flaws in Dasavatharam...there is no tamil movie without a flaw...they all have flaws...IN Dasavatharam except for that chaos theory ( which was the only thing which had some sense in theory ) the whole thing was total crap..Asin's character was really idiotic..irritating sometimes..but she's acted wellChris Fletcher ( an American ex-CIA agent - bad guy )..well well well no clues are needed...He tried to do an Arnold Schwarzenegger..he gets injured so damn badly after being involved in a number of car accidents..and after each accident gets up like Undertaker or the Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 or the T-1000 and starts chasing Govind the scientist who has that bio weapon.Kamal tried to copy the chase sequences from Terminator 2...so evident..and car chase laam NFS Carbon...pathaaley theryudhu..one the whole Fletcher is one total idiot.
K S Ravikumar! his dance... man :O felt like kickin his butt..dumb dumb dumb that dude is so dumb. Kamal is a great actor no doubt..but this time kamal is just out there to show off..no need for those 10 roles..7 of them looked wax dummies ..or chapathi dough le make up potaa maadhri irundhudhu..a visit to madam tussaud's would have been billions & billions of times better..Kamal's role as a 'Paati' well ..resembled Darth Sidious to be honest..the make up didnt look human at all man...On the whole that make-up artist Kamal Haasan ku nalla Naamam potutaan. Kamal Haasan has also portrayed Bush in a way that would make Michael Moore happy . Another comedy is there is a meeting between Kalaignar , Bush and Manmohan Singh in the end..lol ..enne koduma sir idhu . I cant believe they called ppo old Jackie Chan to come and watch the movie. Ah forgot Mallika Sherawat ..she is one bloody %^@^## :P "

I felt the funniest part is where he compares dasavatharam paati to Darth sidious! ROFL

A,B,C....

For most people , It's A for apple B for ball and C for cat. But for me, it is A for Accelerator , B for Brake and C for clutch. I have been a motorhead ever since God knows when.. (Well actually I think since the time i first took a ride on my uncle's Rajdooth and kept making the exhaust sound ever afterwards :) ) Biking, motorcycles et all are my first and foremost passions - you know, like they say "4 wheels move the body; 2 wheeels move the soul" - And so on these lines i start my blog with my first ever piece of writing on biking:
MUSINGS OF A MOTORCYCLE RIDER(ME)...WHAT DO I FEAR IN INDIA??
THIS,I FEAR THE MOST-
MY MOTHERLAND'S ROADS ARE RUN OVER BY MUDEROUS MALEVOLENT MARAUDERS MASQUERADING AS MANY MILD-MANNERED MOTORISTS...WITH THEIR MANIACAL,MEANDERING AND MALFUNCTIONING MACHINES CAUSING MINDLESS MAYHEM ON THE MYRIAD OF MAZES THAT WERE ONCE MAGNIFICENT MOTORWAYS...MISUSING AND MAKING A MOCKERY OF IT..IS THERE NO MOTIVATION TO PUT AN END TO THIS MELEE AND MADNESS? I FEEL MOST MOROSE WHEN I THINK OF THIS MENACING BUT NEVERTHELESS MORBID SITUATION...MAY THE MAKER HAVE MERCY ON THIER SOULS....

Heres to many more years of blogging and riding.CHEERS!
